ALL sales are FINAL. If you receive your product and it does not fit, please contact us and mail it back within 7 days of the delivery date. We will then exchange your product for an alternate size. We do not accept exchanges for different items.
After shipping your products back to us, you must purchase the Fee for exchange on our product page in order to receive your replacement. This covers the shipping cost for your replacement piece. We do not cover any shipping costs associated with exchanges and we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages, so we recommend using a tracked method of shipping.
Order Change / Cancellation:
To make a cancellation or changes in your order, simply email us within 2 hours from the time you purchased and make sure to include your order number.
If your product arrives damaged or becomes damaged within 7 days of ownership, please email us and we will help you exchange it for a new one. Please note, you will still have to pay the Fee for Exchange. All other damages will not be replaced.
Trending Hype is a small business with very limited order quantities. Unfortunately, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns for a refund. We urge you to refer to our size page before placing your order.
